Inspiration Performing Arts is proud to be serving and providing community theatre and performing arts opportunities to all members of our community, including our special needs theater program.
Special Needs Program
Our special needs program was launched this year and has produced two successful productions full for over 30 children and young adults with special needs and an amazing group of volunteers. Our participants with special needs make up the entirety of the cast and are provided with state of the art sets, backdrops, and costumes to give them a professional and exciting performing arts opportunity.
At IPAC, we create the next generation of talented performers in a safe, fun, and loving environment. We want to put an emphasis on underserved members of our community such as the special needs population. and underprivileged children.
Inspiration was granted Non-Profit status in May of 2019 shortly after it's first special needs performance. We are in the process of waiting for our 501c3 status and will be able to expand on some of our programs once we reach that exciting milestone. Inspiration plans to produce many more productions and launch new performing arts programs to help benefit those in our community who can use theater as an outlet and develop new skills to help in their daily lives.
Inspiration is proud to announce an amazing partnership with the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center; a beautiful non-profit theater located in the center of Foxboro.
Complete with a theatre that seats up to 400 people, full lighting and sound system, concession stand, dance studio, lobby, multi-purpose room, and dressing rooms; the MRPAC has everything needed to put on incredible productions.
All Inspiration programs will take place at the Marilyn Rodman Performing Arts Center.
The MRPAC has an incredible mission statement very similar to Inspiration's and we are proud to be working together to bring theater to the community!
Emily Garven along with her two friends Adam Landry and Kyle Eldridge direct and manage our special needs program and will be responsible for continuing to grow our future programs. All three have extensive performing arts teaching experience and work well together to create a loving, fun, organized, and productive environment for our participants and volunteers.
